COMBINATION OF A TERM DEPOSIT WITH SPECIAL HIGH PERFORMANCE & PARTICIPATION IN MUTUAL FUNDS *

Part of the client’s funds is placed in a time deposit with very attractive interest rate and the remainder is invested in a Mutual Fund of Attica Wealth Management and more specifically the products Domestic Asset Allocation Fund, Foreign Asset Allocation Fund, Domestic Bonds Fund, Attica Marathon Domestic Diversified Common Stock Fund, and Attica Real Estate Foreign Diversified Common Stock Fund.

The product offers a very high performance for the portion of the term deposit, which reaches up to 20%. At the same time, the customer can benefit from the investment in these mutual funds.

It is addressed to clients-investors who do not want to undertake a large investment risk and want a guaranteed interest rate on deposits in conjunction with Mutual Funds. 

The general characteristics of the product are:

·         The total investment is divided into two parts:

One part of the total capital is invested in a term deposit with duration of 2, 3, 6, 9 or 12 months with a very high interest rate.

The remainder of the total capital is invested in a mutual fund of Attica Wealth Management.

·         Addressed to natural and legal persons.

·         Available in Euros. The minimum total deposit amount is € 10.000.

·         Early complete or partial withdrawal without receipt of discount

The possible investment combinations are as follows:

CHOICE PROFIT 70

70% of the client’s funds is placed in a time deposit with duration of 2, 3, 6, 9 or 12 months with an agreed interest rate.

The remaining 30% is invested in one of the following Mutual Funds of Attica Wealth Management: Domestic Asset Allocation Fund, Foreign Asset Allocation Fund, and Domestic Bonds Fund.

CHOICE PROFIT 50

50% of the client’s funds is placed in a time deposit with duration of 2, 3, 6, 9 or 12 months with an agreed interest rate.

The remaining 50% is invested in one of the following Mutual Funds of Attica Wealth Management: Domestic Asset Allocation Fund, Foreign Asset Allocation Fund, and Domestic Bonds Fund.

CHOICE PROFIT 30

30% of the client’s funds is placed in a time deposit with duration of 2, 3, 6, 9 or 12 months with an agreed interest rate.

The remaining 70% is invested in one of the following Mutual Funds of Attica Wealth Management: Domestic Asset Allocation Fund, Foreign Asset Allocation Fund, and Domestic Bonds Fund.

CHOICE PROFIT 20

20% of the client’s funds is placed in a time deposit with duration of 2, 3, 6, 9 or 12 months with an agreed interest rate.

The remaining 80% is invested in one of the following Mutual Funds of Attica Wealth Management: Domestic Asset Allocation Fund, Foreign Asset Allocation Fund, and Domestic Bonds Fund.
