COOPERATION WITH THE GENERALI GROUP

The Group of the Bank of Attica announces that an agreement has been signed between the Group and the Gen erali Group of insurance companies providing for the promotion of the latter group's insurance products through the network of the Bank of Attica. This agreement aims at enhancing the products that the Bank offers to its customers and reinforces cross-sales, contributing thus to the achievement of one of the Bank's strategic objectives.

The Bank of Attica announces that an agreement has been signed between the Bank and BETA Brokerage S.A. according to which the customers of the Bank are given the possibility to proceed to stock exchange transactions which will be effectuated by BETA Brokerage S.A. through the Bank's network. This move aims at enhancing the services that the Bank of Attica offers to its customers.
