Attica Bank announces that its Board of Directors meeting on 10/1/2013 accepted the resignation of its executive member, Mr. Argyrios Zafeiropoulos.

Attica Bank  S.A. announces that, meeting on 7.12.2012, the Bank’s Board of Directors unanimously decided that Attica Bank participate in an exchange offer of Hellenic Government bonds, in response to the relevant invitation of the Hellenic Ministry of Finance dated 3.12.2012.

Attica Bank ("The Bank") announces that its Board of Directors meeting on October 30th 2012, deliberated on the issue of the capital structure if the Bank in relation, among other things, to the minimum capital requirements and capital adequacy ratios set by the current regulatory framework.

The Executive Committee of Attica Bank, meeting on Monday, November 10th 2008, decided to take the following measures to facilitate and support its customers, both  households and small and medium enterprises.

Attica Bank enters once again the Top 1000 World Banks list, placed at the 722nd position for 2008.

Compared to the previous time Attica Bank was included in the ranking, Attica Bank has gained 126 positions.
