Attica Bank S.A. informs its investors that, as part of the implementation of its business plan and after obtaining the relevant approval of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, the transfer of the Bank’s participation (100%) in «Attica Wealth Management S.A. Mutual Fund Management Company» to Ypsilon Capital Ltd, has been completed, for a total price of EUR 2.35 million euro.



Attica Bank, has supplied its ATM network with new ATM units, with an advanced menu and upgraded services.
The first units are already installed and in complete function, while soon the entire ATM network all over Greece is expected to be upgraded as well. The new ATM units are of modern aesthetics, equipped with touch monitors and offer the user a new and improved experience, while, at the same time, present new potentials for advanced digital services. Specifically, via the new ATM units, the service “Online Deposit in Bundles, with Immediate Account Credit” is now available.
The new ATM units offer the user choices through touch monitors and the transactions are made faster, reducing waiting time and delivering an optimal service experience.
