Account Overview
Instantly access the balances and activity of your deposit accounts, credit cards, term deposits, loans, insurance policies, and investment products. You also have the option to download and save your account history in PDF, XLS, and CSV formats.

Money Transfers
Execute transfers between your accounts, to other Attica Bank accounts, or to banks within Greece or internationally (via DIAS). The fees for transactions to other banks are detailed in the bank’s Special Banking Terms and Conditions (refer to the document at the bottom of this page).

Bill Payments
Effortlessly pay your utility, telecommunications, private insurance, and public sector bills. Payments can be made by selecting the provider from a list or by using the RF Code payment method, where you input a 25-digit Payment Code starting with “RF” that contains all relevant information. Transaction fees are listed in the bank’s Special Banking Terms and Conditions (document available at the bottom of this page).

Card Payments
Make payments using your own or a third party’s credit card at Attica Bank or any other bank by debiting your bank account.

Prepaid Cards
Issue a prepaid card online through your computer or mobile phone by following these steps:

  • Step 1: Choose “Card Issuance” from the “Transactions” menu.
  • Step 2: Enter the required card details, including the charge amount (between €30.00 and €3,000).
  • Step 3: Choose “By post to your address” for card and PIN delivery.
  • Step 4: Select the account for charging the card loading amount and fees.
  • Step 5: Submit and verify your information. Enter the one-time code received via SMS on the confirmation screen.

Reload your prepaid card easily in the future for complete control over your spending.

Standing Orders
Set up standing orders for bill payments to any organization at no additional cost. Payments are automatically processed on the due date by debiting your bank account. Fees for each transaction are specified in the bank’s Special Banking Terms and Conditions (document at the bottom of this page).

Cheque Card Application
Apply for a cheque card through Attica e-banking and visit your chosen branch to collect it.

Debit Card Application
Applying for a debit card is straightforward:

  • Step 1: Select “Card Issuance” from the “Transactions” menu.
  • Step 2: Choose your preferred Debit Card product, e.g., Attica Debit Visa.
  • Step 3: Link the desired accounts (Savings and/or Current) to the debit card.
  • Step 4: Opt for card and PIN delivery “By mail to your address”.
  • Step 5: Click “Submit” and enter the one-time code received via SMS

PIN Delivery
Click the “Send the PIN” button to receive the PIN via email on your mobile phone.

If you own a POS terminal(s), you can monitor and save the transaction history for all transactions processed through your connected POS(s). This includes viewing transactions categorized as “Purchases”, “Purchases with Installments”, or “Purchases with Installments and Prepayment”, along with their status (“Successful” or “Unsuccessful”). You can view transactions up to the statement date and select the period for which you wish to view transactions, with a default period of three days.

Data Update via eGov-KYC
Update your personal information provided to the bank through Attica e-banking (not available on Attica Mobile) using the “Introduce Yourself – eGov-KYC” service from the Single Digital Portal of Public Administration. This includes updates to your identity (Greek Identity Card), income, contact details, and professional activity without the need to visit a branch.

Personal Data and Alerts
View the personal information you’ve provided to the bank for receiving SMS and email alerts and OTPs through both Attica e-banking and Attica Mobile. To update any of this information, use the eGov-KYC option available through Attica e-banking.
