With Attica e-banking (not available through Attica Mobile), utilizing the “Introduce Yourself – eGov-KYC” (Know Your Customer) service from the Single Digital Portal of Public Administration, you can update the personal information you’ve previously provided to the Bank without needing to visit a branch.

You can choose to update any of the following categories as needed or as required by the system:

  • Identification data (ID)
  • Contact Information (address, mobile phone number, email)
  • Income details
  • Professional activity data (occupation, work address)

To proceed, you must accept the terms of use and log in with your personal TaxisNet credentials. The process is completed upon your consent to release your data. After a successful transaction, you will be automatically redirected back to Attica e-banking. In case the transaction fails, an error message will be displayed.

Please note that the service is not available for the following categories:
  1. Unemployed
  2. Students
  3. Retirees
  4. Housework

In these cases, you can perform an Update of Data at an Attica Bank branch.
