Addressing the Annual Ordinary General Meetings of the Banks Shareholders, the new Chairman of its Board of Directors, Mr. Anastasios Koumplis, made specific references to the priorities set for achieving increasing development rates, in the future.

ATTICA LEASING TO BE INCORPORATED INTO ATTICA BANK

The Board of Directors of Attica Bank have decided to incorporate Attica Leasing to Attica Bank. Taking advantage of recent changes in the legal framework on leasing activities, the Bank will offer leasing services through a leasing department created within the bank.

Bank of Attica wishes to announce that its Annual General Meetings held on June 28 th 2006, was attended by 18 shareholders (either actually present or represented by delegation) corresponding to 67.843.947 common shares with full voting rights (82,154% of the total number of common shares).
