Unblock your user in 5 simple steps

Have you blocked or forgotten your password?

Now you can immediately unblock and change your password using Attica Bank Digital Services.

How to unlock your user account and receive a new password


Visit Attica e-banking or open the Attica Mobile application.


Select I’ve Blocked or Forgot my Password from the main page.


Fill in your username, your Tax Identification Number, your ID number, your date of birth, an active debit card number or account.


An One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent via SMS to your device using the mobile phone number you’ve registered with the Bank.

A Temporary Password will be sent to your registered email.


That was it!
You may log in again using your Username and the Temporary Password you received.
Complete the process by entering your new Password.
