With the Attica My Home mortgage loan you can buy, renovate or extend your home, and you can also purchase land for construction (provided there is a valid building permit) as well as the repayment of a mortgage loan from another bank by transfering it to Attica Bank.

  • Fixed for the duration of the loan

*The final interest rate depends on the financing rate. The above-mentioned interest rates are nominal and are subject to the levy of Law 128/75 (currently 0,12%).

Repayment
In monthly installments that repay interest and principal automatically from your deposit account, while you have the option of installment disbursements and a grace period of up to 24 months with no early repayment costs

Financing

Financing of up to 80% of the assessed value of the property (secured by a mortgage on the property) or up to 100% of the assessed value of the property (secured by a cash pledge) and up to 100% of the purchase contract.

Interest rate discount

Secure a discount of 0.15% for A+ or A, for B+ or B categories, based on your property’s Energy Performance Certificate.
