What is attica My Home?
Attica My Home is a housing loan that gives you the opportunity to buy, build, finish, renovate or repair a property, or to purchase a plot of land for construction (if there is a building permit in force) easily and flexibly.

Interest rate discount based on property's energy class
Depending on the energy class of the property, based on its Energy Performance Certificate, a discount (margin reduction) is provided on the floating interest rates period of the product
Specifically:- For property of class A+ or A: margin reduction of 0,40%
- For property of class B+ or B: margin reduction of 0,30%
The discount is applied only during the floating interest rate period (margin reduction) and is valid until the expiration of the loan.

Interest rate discount due to cash collateral security
1% discount (margin reduction) is provided on the floating interest rates period of the product (margin reduction) if the loan is covered by a cash collateral in euros. Cash collateral must amount to 110% of the loan and be held at a designated interest-free savings account with the Bank.
Floating rate discounts are not provided cumulatively. Maximum discount rate provided: 1%.

Housing program for young people «My Home»
Attica Bank participates in the "My Home" program managed by the Hellenic Development Bank S.A. (HDB) with funds financed entirely by the Public Employment Service (D.IP.A).
If you are aged 25-39, you can now acquire your first house through this co-financed program with a low-interest housing loan of up to €150,000.
75% of the loan is financed by D.IP.A. funds and is interest-free. The remaining 25% of the loan comes from Attica Bank's capital and is interest-bearing, with a low fluctuating interest rate and without the imposition of N. 128/75 contribution. If you have three or more children, the loan interest is subsidized by D.IP.A.

Eligible housing characteristics
- Contract value up to €200,000
- Area up to 150 sq.m.
- At least 15 years old according to the building permit.

Loan characteristics
- The loan amount can cover up to 90% of the contract value with a maximum loan amount of €150,000
- The loan duration ranges from 3 to 30 years
- For 75% of the loan capital, i.e. the part financed by the Public Investment Program, the interest rate will be zero
- For the remaining 25% of the loan capital, i.e. the part financed by Attica Bank, the interest rate will be variable, based on the Euribor three-month rate plus a margin ranging from 2.9% to 4%, without N. 128/75 tax.
- Τhe beneficiary of the program does not pay loan examination expenses.

Beneficiaries
Young people aged 25 to 39 years old (at the time of application submission) who do not own property to cover their housing needs.
In the case of couples (marriage or cohabitation agreement), at least one of the two must meet the age criterion.

Income criteria
Your annual gross income, according to your most recent tax assessment, must start from €10,000 and reach up to:
- - €16,000 for unmarried individuals
- - €24,000 + €3,000 per child for married couples or individuals in a civil partnership
- - €27,000 + €3,000 per child beyond the first child for single-parent families.
