attica My Home

What is attica My Home?

Attica My Home is a housing loan that gives you the opportunity to buy, build, finish, renovate or repair a property, or to purchase a plot of land for construction (if there is a building permit in force) easily and flexibly.

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Loan amount

    From € 20,000

  • Interest rate

    - Fixed interest rate for the entire loan term

    - Fixed interest rate starting from 2.60% for the first years followed by a floating interest rate linked to 3-month Euribor plus a fixed margin from 2.95% or

    - Floating rate linked to 3-month Euribor plus a fixed margin starting from 2.95% for the entire loan term

    *Interest rate depends on the loan amount. Τhe above interest rates are nominal and are subject to the Law 128/75 levy (currently at 0.12%)

  • Interest rate discount based on property's energy class

    Depending on the energy class of the property, based on its Energy Performance Certificate, a discount (margin reduction) is provided on the floating interest rates period of the product
    Specifically:

      - For property of class A+ or A: margin reduction of 0,40%

      - For property of class B+ or B: margin reduction of 0,30%

    The discount is applied only during the floating interest rate period (margin reduction) and is valid until the expiration of the loan.

  • Interest rate discount due to cash collateral security

    1% discount (margin reduction) is provided on the floating interest rates period of the product (margin reduction) if the loan is covered by a cash collateral in euros. Cash collateral must amount to 110% of the loan and be held at a designated interest-free savings account with the Bank.

    Floating rate discounts are not provided cumulatively. Maximum discount rate provided: 1%.

  • Financing

    Up to 80% of the estimated property value (if the loan is covered by a mortgage prenonation) or up to 100% of the estimated property value (if the loan is covered by cash collateral) and up to 100% of the purchase contract value

  • Repayment Term

    From 3 to 30 years.

  • Insurance coverage

    Mandatory fire-earthquake of the property for the entire loan term. Optional life insurance of the borrower.

    By monthly amortization installments payable only via the borrower's designated loan-linked Deposit Account with Attica Bank.

Attica Eco Home

What is attica Eco Home?

It is a housing/home improvement loan, which enables you to upgrade the energy efficiency of your property easily and economically.

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Loan amount

    From €15,000 to €75,000

  • Interest rate

    - Fixed interest rate for the entire loan term

    - Fixed interest rate starting from 2.90% for the first years years followed by a floating interest rate linked to 3-month Euribor plus a fixed margin 3.25% or

    - Floating rate linked to 3-month Euribor plus a fixed margin 3.25% for the entire loan term

    Τhe above interest rates are nominal and are subject to the Law 128/75 levy (currently at 0.12%)

  • Financing

    Up to 100% of the invoices / pro forma invoices, offer of the contractor or equipment installation company amount and up to 70% of the estimated property value, including previous mortgages on the property.
    Energy efficiency upgrades include interventions such as: window replacement, installation/upgrade of thermal insulation, upgrade of heating/cooling system, the purchase and installation of a domestic hot water system using renewable energy sources (RES), works of converting property into smart home.

  • Repayment Term

    From 3 to 30 years.

  • Insurance coverage
