Attica Bank informs that at 26.04.2018 the Voluntary Exit Plan of its personnel was successfully completed. The participation amounted to 177 persons, representing approximately 23% of the Bank’s personnel.
The Voluntary Exit Plan is part of the actions envisaged in the Attica Bank Group Business Plan for the creation of internal capital.

Appointment of Chief Financial Officer
Attica Bank hereby announces the appointment of Mr. Nikolaos Koutsogiannis to the position of the Chief Financial Officer of the Bank, today, December 15th 2017. Mr. Koutsogiannis is a certified accountant - auditor and holds the IFRS Diploma by ACCA. He has many years of audit experience in projects with the largest Greek banks, and has earned a post-graduate degree in International Banking and Finance from the Athens University of Economics and Business.
