BOND ISSUANCE UNDER ARTICLE 2 OF LAW 3723/08

Attica Bank, following its announcement dated October 7th 2016, informs investors that it completed today all procedures related to the issuance of a government- guaranteed bond of a nominal value of 380 million euros (article 2 of Law 3723/08)
and its use as eligible collateral in refinancing operations of the Eurosystem.
