In accordance with Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 (article 11) of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, Attica Bank S.A. announces that under the "obligation of transactions notification" according to Law Ν.3340/2005 (article 13) and Decision 3/347/12.07.2005 (article 6) of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, “Dynamic Securities S.A.”, a company associated with Mr. Alexandros Poularikas, Managing Director of Attica Bank’s subsidiary, Attica Finance, informed the Βank that it obtained 581,085 common shares of the Bank as a result of the share capital increase of 2,566,380 euros that was effected through the optional conversion of 8,554,600 notes of the Bank’s outstanding convertible bond loan issued on 2/7/2013 (initial total amount: 199,406,822.10 euros), into 8,554,600 shares (conversion rate: one bond note into one new common, registered, bearing voting right share of nominal value 0.30 euros- conversion price).
