Attica Bank S.A. announces the resignation on 30/6/2016 of Mr. Polyvios Onoufriou, Deputy General Manager and Head of the Credit and Risk Management Division of the Bank.

Attica Bank S.A. announces that, on June 22nd 2016 at 12:00 resumed the suspended Ordinary General Meeting of common shareholders that was scheduled on June 16th 2016.
Following a relevant request of the Bank’s shareholder, TAPILTAT, which represented 7.908% of the Bank’s common shares, and by unanimous decision of the shareholders attending the General Meeting, it was decided that the Ordinary General Meeting scheduled for today be suspended and resumed on Monday June 27th 2016 at 12:00 at the Vikela Room (54 Akadimias Street), due to the General Meeting of TAPILTAT that will take place on Sunday, June 26th 2016.

In accordance with Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 (article 11) of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, Attica Bank S.A. announces -under the "obligation of transactions notification" (article 13 of Law Ν.3340/2005 and article 6 of Decision 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission) -  that on 17/6/2016 Mr. Ioannis Ioannidis, General Manager of the Retail, Corporate and Investment Banking Division of the Bank sold 100,000 common shares of Attica Bank S.A., of a total value of  € 14,000.

Attica Bank S.A. announces that, following the relevant request of the Bank’s major shareholder, TSMEDE, which represented 56.251% of the Bank’s common shares, the Annual General Meeting that was scheduled to take place today was suspended.  The Annual General Meeting will resume on Wednesday, June 22nd 2016, at 12:00 at the Vikela Room (54 Akadimias Street).
